Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Don't worry, we keep electronic records of all orders!
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lucadecor.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A Restocking Fee will be deducted from refunds to reflect the gallery's cost of shipping, packaging, and handling.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your artwork upon reception and contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We carry insurance on ALL shipped items.
Non-Returnable Artwork
Certain types of artwork cannot be returned or refunded, such as; all custom artwork, rush orders, and made-to-order artwork.
Exchanges
Luca decor will accept exchanges under the same terms and conditions that returns are accepted. Please contact the gallery before returning an item for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
